About me

After completing a Bachelor of Physiotherapy in 2013, I subsequently trained in the Front to Back Approach, developed by Dr. Aileen Jefferis to treat musculoskeletal pain and dysfunction throughout the body.

In 2016, I began studying Visceral Manipulation with the Barral Institute and CranioSacral Therapy with the Upledger Institute in 2017.

After working with Dr. Jefferis for 7 years in Belair, I relocated my practice to Coast Yoga in 2020.  I continue to work at Evolve Manual Therapy on Wednesdays.

I enjoy music, walking with my dog (Neville), Yoga and Martial Arts.

About Neville

I adopted Neville in 2019 and he attends the clinic as receptionist and head of Human Resources.

He has a pleasant and friendly nature and is usually found sleeping alongside the treatment table, contributing a relaxing and calming presence to the sessions. Occasionally at the start of a session (when I am standing up),  he may bark to show his excitement (as he thinks it’s walk time) but will quickly settle down once we are seated.

If you have dog allergies or don’t like being around dogs please contact me directly and we can find a solution together.

I hope you will enjoy his presence in the clinic as much as I do. Unfortunately, he can’t yet answer the phone properly so please leave a message and ill get back to you when I can.
